Matcha Pancakes

Full of protein and just the right amount of green. These pancakes went down very well in our house.
Serves 3 – 4
Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Almond Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 T Coconut Flour
  • 1 T Clean Lean Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 T Matcha Powder (we used Matcha Matcha Powder from Farro Fresh)

Method

  1. Throw all in a blender and whizz till smooth, but very quickly.
  2. Heat frypan to medium/high heat and spoon in large pikelet-sized dollops.
  3. I added kiwifruit and raspberries, with chopped brazil and almond nuts, and a little coconut yoghurt.
  4. Sprinkle extra matcha powder over your finished stack for extra colour!
