Matcha Superfood Bars

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup sweet cacao nibs 
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes 
  • 1/3 pumpkins seeds
  • 1/3 sun flour seeds
  • 1 cup soften pitted dates
  • 1 tsp Matcha Matcha powder
  1. Cover dates in a bowl of boiling water for 10min to soften
  2. While softening add all remaining ingredients except matcha powder and process for about 30-60 seconds
  3. Then soaked dates, process until mixtures comes together
  4. Add in matcha powder and process for a few seconds more until well mixed through 
  5. Pour into lined baking tray and press down until even 
  6. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours before slicing x
  7. Enjoy x
