We would love to see more cafes serving our matcha. Matcha is an excellent, healthy, hot drink option and a great alternative to coffee. It is a perfect afternoon pick-me-up when people want a creamy drink but not necessarily another coffee, or a water based tea. Matcha lattes are quick and easy to make by any barista.
