Chia Pudding Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of chia seeds
- 250 mls of almond milk
- 1 tsp of matcha powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 cup of organic raspberries
- 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp of chia jam
- In your blender place the almond milk, matcha powder, banana and maple syrup. Blend well.
- Pour into a bowl with the chia seeds. Mix well and let the chia seeds expand for 10 minutes.
- Once the chia seeds have absorbed all the liquid, scoop the chia pudding into two bowls. Top with some raspberries, cacao nibs and chia jam and enjoy.
Chia Jam Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen organic berries
- 2-3 tbsp of chia seeds
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix well. Let it sit until the berries have defrosted and the chia seeds have expanded. Once this has happened, mix well and store in the fridge for 1 week.
