At MATCHA MATCHA, we’ve been devoted to matcha for nearly a decade and are proud to call our family-owned business New Zealand’s original matcha company.

We continue to prioritise purity, quality, and flavour - our entire range is 100% organic, certified by the Japanese Agricultural Society and contains no sweeteners, additives, or flavourings.

As we've grown, so have our offerings. We've added premium organic Japanese teas, like Sencha and Hojicha to our range.

Where it all began

Our journey began over nine years ago with a mission to provide New Zealanders with the purest, highest quality matcha. After extensive research, we partnered with small family farms in Japan’s Yame district, a region in Kyushu renowned for its exceptional matcha, and we continue to work with these farms today.
