Makes 6-8 depending on size of your popsicle moulds.
- 2x large frozen bananas
- 1 tsp matchamatcha Organic Premium Latte Grade Matcha
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp plant mylk
- 80g frozen blueberries
- Blend your frozen blueberries, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 tbsp mylk in a blender or food processor.
- Fill about 1/3 of each popsicle mould with the blueberry mix and set aside.
- Blend your frozen bananas, matcha, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 2 tbsp mylk in a blender or food processor.
- Fill the rest of each popsicle mould with the Matcha Nicecream.
- Set overnight in the freezer and enjoy!
