Matcha Blueberry Nicecream Pops

Vegan Ice cream Pops

Makes 6-8 depending on size of your popsicle moulds.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2x large frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp matchamatcha Organic Premium Latte Grade Matcha
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp plant mylk
  • 80g frozen blueberries

Method:

  • Blend your frozen blueberries, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 tbsp mylk in a blender or food processor.
  • Fill about 1/3 of each popsicle mould with the blueberry mix and set aside.
  • Blend your frozen bananas, matcha, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 2 tbsp mylk in a blender or food processor.
  • Fill the rest of each popsicle mould with the Matcha Nicecream.
  • Set overnight in the freezer and enjoy!
