Matcha Raw Bites
Ingredients

70 g desiccated coconut

150 g ground almonds

3 tablespoons collagen

75 g maple syrup or brown rice syrup

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
Method

Line a small 15 cm X 15 cm plastic tupperware container with baking paper.

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until it comes together. Empty into the prepared container and smooth down using the back of a spoon.

Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, then turn out onto a chopping board and cut into squares.

These keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
