Matcha Raw Bite


  • 70 g desiccated coconut

  • 150 g ground almonds

  • 3 tablespoons collagen 

  • 75 g maple syrup or brown rice syrup

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder



  1. Line a small 15 cm X 15 cm plastic tupperware container with baking paper.

  2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until it comes together. Empty into the prepared container and smooth down using the back of a spoon.

  3. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, then turn out onto a chopping board and cut into squares.

  4. These keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
