Matcha Superfood Bars

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup sweet cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 pumpkins seeds
- 1/3 sun flour seeds
- 1 cup soften pitted dates
- 1 tsp Matcha Matcha powder
- Cover dates in a bowl of boiling water for 10min to soften
- While softening add all remaining ingredients except matcha powder and process for about 30-60 seconds
- Then soaked dates, process until mixtures comes together
- Add in matcha powder and process for a few seconds more until well mixed through
- Pour into lined baking tray and press down until even
- Place in fridge for 1-2 hours before slicing x
- Enjoy x
