Mixes well with a whisk (I don’t have the bamboo Chasen).
Tastes great with plant milk. A little astringent and strong on its own, but as expected. Or water too hot perhaps. Will purchase again thank you!

Tasted slightly off
Compared to other matcha I’ve had it tasted slightly off it was no very vibrant like the others I’ve had closer to brown than green, I could tell that it was stems and leafs I would not buy again
