Coconut Hojicha Cloud

A refreshing, tropical take on an iced latte - Hojicha cold foam layered over iced coconut water. Smooth, cool and grounding, the perfect caffeine-free sip for summer days. 

Ingredients:


40ml cream
20ml milk
200ml coconut water
1 cup Ice
1 tsp Matcha Matcha Hojicha powder
1 tsp Maple syrup (optional)


Method:


In a tall glass or measuring jug, mix the cream, milk, hojicha and maple syrup.

Whisk together using a milk frother, until the mixture thickens.


In a tall glass, add the ice and coconut water.

Add the hojicha cream on top and enjoy.
