Salted Maple Matcha Iced Latte
Balancing earthy matcha with soft sweetness and a hint of salt, this iced latte is an easy ritual switch for summer days. Refreshing, nourishing, and a little luxurious.

Ingredients:
40ml cream
20ml milk
100ml water
1 cup ice
1 tsp Matcha Matcha Latte Grade or Chiran Superior Matcha powder
1 tsp Maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Method:
In a tall glass or measuring jug, mix the cream, milk, maple syrup and salt.
Whisk together using a milk frother, until the mixture thickens.

In a chawan, add 100ml water and 1 tsp Matcha Matcha and whisk together.

In a glass, add the ice and pour over the Matcha.

Add the salted maple cream on top and enjoy.
