mineral rich soil and climatic conditions that nurture some of Japan’s most
exceptional teas.

Made from top grade tender tea leaves, shaded before harvest, to concentrate
chlorophyll and amino acids for a vibrant colour and balanced sweetness.
Serving Suggestions
For a traditional preparation, sift and whisk 1 tsp (2g) of matcha with approx. 80 -
100ml of hot water (75–80°C) using a bamboo chasen (traditional whisk) until
smooth and frothy.
Enjoy as a pure ceremonial matcha, savouring its natural umami and sweetness.
Or, for a matcha latte, pour over hot milk for a velvety matcha latte. Also ideal for
iced matcha lattes.
